Fashiona’s Great Week

Last week was good for a lot of people…Barack Obama and his millions of supporters won the White House by a landslide and the Obama kids earned a new puppy.

Fashiona had a horrific cold but by week’s end she  made a new friend in the long  voting line, had a great interview and landed some new gigs.  She is now writing for BestFriendNY.com.  Her first article for the website is about  her beloved  Brooklyn.

Fashiona did finish  her teaching proposal and  is almost set to teach a class at Medgar Evers College in the Spring..details will follow soon.

Now back to fashion, Fashiona is set to cover two fashion shows in the next 2 weeks.  The first is the debut of  an upcoming urban designer who is  showing on November 15 in Manhattan.  Fashiona will exclusively cover that show here.

The second show is huge…Fashiona is covering the Heaven Sent Campaign and Holiday Trunk Show as a freelance journalist for the Associated Press. Yes, she is doing the happy dance too.

Fashiona will…get ready be working the Red Carpet, interviewing all she can and then covering the runway show. She will be using her government name of course and shopping her interviews out  to many outlets.

Fashiona will keep you updated as she gets off cloud 9 and gathers more details.

To top off this lovely week, Dori from the lovely yellow house in England gave Fashiona her second bloggy award.

Thanks DoriKissKiss
